About The Role

The Administrative Coordinator role is a full-time position with responsibility to support the day-to-day operations of our business in Irvine, CA. This individual is critical to ensure that our operations run smoothly as you will be performing critical task in support of our Sales & Operations team. Your responsibilities will vary on as you provide support to the President, Vice President, Controller, Operations Manager and Project Managers.

  • Salary Range: $50-70k

Primary Functions

  • Office Management including but not limited to; open and close office, mail collection and distribution, office supply ordering, office stocking
  • Support of to Finance Controller with basic bookkeeping and clerical duties
  • Project Coordination to include job handover folder, purchase order issuance and change order processing
  • Event Planning for Team and Customers
  • Support Sales and Operations Team
  • Warehouse Support – Good Receipts, PM Notification and Package Labeling
  • Safety Program Management – OSHA compliance, office compliance, weekly/monthly topics

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a team in a professional office environment
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient communication skills in the English language both written and verbal
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
  • Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
